About The Company
Oil and Energy Services Limited was formed in 2011 with an objective of raising the participation of Eastern Africa people and entrepreneurs in the Oil and Gas industry. It is a regional oil and gas consultancy as well as a promoter of national participation in the industry which, though still at its infancy in the region, is the next big growth sector.
Our Strategic Intent is to transform the oil and gas industry in the region into the economic engine for job creation and National Participation by organizing and developing in-country capacity and indigenous capabilities in all sectors of the economy. Our Vision is to see a sustainable integration of oil and gas activities to other sectors of the economy. Our philosophy is that through participation of the 'people', a true and lasting 'license to operate' is achieved.
Our lead consultant, Mwendia Nyaga has over 8 years of experience in the sector, most of which was acquired in working with the Government of Kenya in acreage promotion, license negotiations, monitoring of exploration activities, East African Community initiatives and the downstream marketing and distribution sector.
